Welcome to the Leader Development/Assignment Program (LDAP) homepage, the official FMWRC website for information about LDAP. LDAP is the strategic and tactical management of senior civilian leader assignments (people and positions) in order to effectively meet mission requirements and enhance installation management and leadership competencies. Senior civilian leaders in mobile LDAP positions have priority consideration for key assignments and access to cross-functional opportunities. Rotational assignments are centrally funded and enhance the development of well-rounded, multi-functional, diverse leaders prepared to manage programs within IMCOM, FMWRC and the Army. LDAP assignments develop pentathletes prepared to lead multi-functional missions and tasks. The LDAP program supports mission readiness and effectiveness;
strategic and tactical management and development of FMWRC programs and
employees. LDAP results in prepared, confident and adaptive leaders who
act with initiative and competence in executing mission. Links:
