Formulate policy, programs, and guidance for MWR facility construction that supports FMWRC missions.

FUNCTIONS:

Provides centralized management of Nonappropriated Major Construction (NAFMC) programs.

Provides construction and engineering support to MACOMs, Regions and installations for planned and programmed NAFMC projects.

Provide construction project delivery through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and/or contracted services of private firms.

Provides interior design and food service design support to the NAFMC program, installations, and other Services.
