and MWR Command (FMWRC) architects and designers work with the
installation to determine the most economical way to install the theme
concept. Our full dining and quick-service restaurants can be designed
to fit your existing operation.Each different concept has its own “look” for furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E). As your partners, we carefully work to retain any existing interior finishes, furniture and useable equipment to help you remain within budget and maintain the restaurant’s concept.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
When an installation opens one of the Army’s MWR Branded Restaurants, it’s like adding a new support team to your food and beverage program. Services begin with a professional assessment study and AE design support. Corporate support continues to be an integral part of operations, from inception to the grand opening, and beyond.
MENU UPDATES
Menus and promotional materials are updated regularly and are means to the restaurant’s success. FMWRC’s corporate team updates menu items regularly for each of the Branded Restaurants. Quick-service restaurants also get new menu items on a regular basis to keep customers coming back. Research of industry trends is an important part of keeping the restaurants operations in step with off post competition. Before items are added to the menu, they are tested on soldiers and civilians. Test participants sample and rate prospective menu items to help identify which new products will be introduced in the MWR Branded Restaurants.SALES AND PROMOTIONS
The corporate brand development team assists field marketing offices by issuing seasonally scheduled promotions. Professionally produced visuals include full color posters, table top advertising, as well as newspaper ads, take-away menus and press releases. Local managers and marketing offices are ultimately responsible to supplement this effort with their own programming for special events and maintain advertising.[Return to Branded Restaurants]
